Introduce Your Project With Our Mobile Contact Form

You can contact us by email at contact@houstonpainters.co or fill out our online form to request a call back for a specific project.    Just upload a mobile video or photos of your space from your cell phone and include close up pictures and wide out pictures of any and all repairs.  We will respond to your project request within 24 hours. 

Same-Day Call Back

You will receive a call from us the same day. In this call we can have a short talk about your project. We will discuss the videos and photos you sent. If you have not sent them already, you can do so by clicking our contact form above. In this call we will talk about your goals, motives, and expectations. Once we understand this, we are ready to provide a range of what it might cost to do your project. We will be certain once we look at it in-person.

On-Site Consultation and Optional Color Consultation

Please bring all decision makers to the meeting at your kitchen table. After confirming any missed repairs, we’ll present your hard bid in person within your previously selected goal range. If we identify any overlooked repairs, we’ll review them on the spot. If everything looks good, we may proceed with starting the project immediately and request a 25% deposit for materials and consultation fee, along with a same-day color consultation. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.

Schedule Your Job

You will receive an email after we check our schedule and your schedule and find a date range when the project can be done.  Our scheduler will complete this within 24 hours of your hard bid approval. Note that once your project begins, requests to accelerate your deadline will not be guaranteed nor offered.  The painters will decide if an acceleration is possible or not.  

Meeting Before Project Starts

During this meeting, you will be introduced to your Lead Painter and Project Manager. They will inspect your job site for any unforeseen repairs. During this meeting we will also discuss and test samples on walls before the start of the project. We will label each surface so every surface is painted with the correct color. 

Work Phase Completed by Specialists

After reserving your paint at the closest paint stores to your location, our crew will enter your home wearing uniforms and shoe covers for interior projects. They will tape floors with builder’s paper, prep, clean, wash as needed, dry out surfaces as needed, or venitlate spaces as needed, caulk, prime, paint, touch-up, ask for touch-up approval, clean up daily, and do a final job walk on the final day with your Project Manager and Lead Painter on-site.  Please remember to point out any touch-ups to your lead painter to repair in person or ask to speak with our Office Leadership at any time during your project if you are not satified with your service for any reason.  

At the very end of your project, your Project Manager will call our Office Leadership and connect you to them over the phone to confirm project completion.  We take this step serious because we do not plan to invoice you until you verbally tell us the job is finished and sign off on the agreement.  If there are repairs leftover when we speak, we want to address these repairs now and with the same crew where possible and also before compensating our production staff. This keeps them motivated to make all your touch-ups to your satisfaction the first time!  

Project Close Out Details

Expect a next-day call with your Project Manager after the paint dries, a confirmation of final invoice receipt, and an Office Leadership call after your paint cures within 30 days.  Your Satisfaction Guarantee begins on the last day of project completion. Expect timely ‘Satisfaction Guarantee’ repairs or a reminder to use your guarantee repairs 3 months before these services expire too.
