What's the Offer?
The offer is “Get a room painted for $300”. The actual truth is get a room painted for $350, including the paint.
What’s included:
- A standard size room 12 feet by 12 feet maximum
- Cover your furniture and the floors thoroughly
- Move small stuff out of the way so we can paint
- Fix (patch) minor scratches and nail holes
- One (1) coat of primer on the walls only
- One (1) coat of Sherwin Williams premium paint on the walls only
- Cleanup
What’s not included:
- Paint is not included but we get a great price from Sherwin Williams
- Cover and patch big holes
- Moving big furniture
- Removing wallpaper
- Painting trim
- Painting the door
- Painting the ceiling
- Painting more than one coat of paint
If you need more work than the offer states, we can absolutely help you and provide a quote to perform the work once we are at the home.
How does it work?
If you made it this far, we have your contact information by now.
We will call you as soon as possible during business hours to discuss your needs, get your address, and set up a day for painting. We also need to discuss your current paint color and what color you’re looking to get your walls painted. Once we know what color you have and what you’re wanting for the project, and the number of rooms you want painted, we can provide an accurate price. No changes, no surprises.
It really is that easy.
Once we agree on what needs to be done, we will send you an invoice where you can pay the 30% deposit needed to buy supplies and then we are set.
On the day and time you select, our team will show up, assess the situation, and get to painting. It can take us up to 3 hours to get a room completely painted so make sure we have access to the home or that there’s somebody there to let us into your home. Especially if we are painting more than one room. I know I would! It is a great deal that wont last long!
After we are done, we will walk the job with you and once you’re happy with the work, we can sign off on the agreement and get our check with the balance.
Before we leave, we would love to get a review of our work. It can be a quick video review or an online review on Google or Facebook. It is our goal to make sure you are ABSOLUTELY satisfied and happy with the work before we leave.
